Homelab & Local AI Infrastructure

A Proxmox-based environment for software development, local AI, data workflows, hosting, and hands-on systems learning.

Always evolving

Overview

Infrastructure is where software ideas meet hardware, networking, reliability, and operating discipline.

The problem

Building local software and AI systems requires a dependable place to experiment without losing sight of security, recovery, performance, or maintainability.

The approach

The homelab combines Proxmox, Linux, Docker, and purpose-built services. It provides isolated environments for development, data work, local models, and self-hosted applications while keeping operational lessons close to the projects they support.

What’s next

The environment continues to grow alongside Clara, Monsters Welcome, and other experiments, with an emphasis on cleaner deployment and better observability.
