Useful AI starts with clear domains, reliable context, and control over where the work happens.
The problem
General-purpose assistants can be helpful, but business workflows need stronger boundaries, source awareness, and repeatability. The challenge is to make AI useful inside a real operating system without turning every task into an open-ended chat.
The approach
Clara is organized around defined domains and deliberate workflows. Python services, PostgreSQL, Linux, Docker, and local models provide a foundation that can be inspected, adapted, and kept close to the data it supports.
What’s next
Current work focuses on improving context handling, workflow definition, and the interfaces that make complex capability feel straightforward.
